USY

Our Reyim USY is a wonderful youth group “for kids by kids!” It is a positive way to connect with other Jewish kids, not just from Reyim, but from around New England.

Under the guidance of our USY Adviser Gerry Frim, our USY Teen Board is responsible for organizing and planning local programs which may focus on religious, social justice/tikkun olam, or just be for fun! Recent events have included a movie in the sukkah, taking in a show at the theater, regional get togethers, pizza dinners, hang-outs, a Purim auction, and chocolate seder.

Reyim is also a member of NERUSY-the New England Regional USY. NERUSY encompasses chapters from Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine.

NERUSY sponsors many regional events including dances and social events as well as leadership development training and conventions and an annual Tikkun Olam outing to a Red Sox game at Fenway Park.
